Just called Smiley's to schedule an appointment for one of our cats, but was on the phone so I couldn't take the call. Smiley's left a voicemail that I was less than pleased with. She sounded very salty and sassy because we took our cat to a different veterinarian in the past. Mind you, would you go to a different clinic if they could see you sooner? We never told them we were leaving but according to smiley vet, you're not allowed to go to any other vet but them. The saved voice message reads as follows "unfortunately it's our understanding that you switched to another vet" and " hopefully the vet that you switched to can take care of that cut, alrighty bye bye" She had a vindictive tone as if she got broken up with. But don't worry, I WILL GO TO THAT OTHER VET, and every other vet around.

We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Smiley for years now. I know my pets are in good hands here. This is a small family run business with a real down home feel and exceptional service. I would highly recommend.
