So, my boyfriend and I were referred to this vet by someone. I am going to be honest I was really off put when I arrived because it is a literal house. When you go in the room, there are Tupperware and washed out cleaning products holding materials that is being used to work on the animals. Also, the girl that works there Sara, is very clearly some sort of addict. We ended up having to put our cat down here. I wanted to take him home with me after but Sara recommended a service they have of cremating the animal. We have never had an animal put down and wasn't aware of the process. She had told me it would take a couple weeks but she would mail the ashes back to us or we could pick them up. Fast forward to me calling every day for weeks unable to get ahold of anyone because NO ONE answers the phone and there is no voicemail or website. Then there were 2 time periods of them being away for a week or more. I finally am frustrated as our cat was put down 02/05/26 and as of 03/11/26 we did not have our cats ashes. How unsettling. I had to literally play detective to find them by calling both numbers listed on the vets voicemail and then one of them was able to give me a phone number to HIllside Crematory in which I spoke with someone there who did detective work themselves to track down my cats ashes. The lady at the crematory informed me that my cats ashes have been there since 02/19/26!! I was so appalled, that the girl Sara should be glad I wasn't the one to go down in person to get the ashes because I would have had some select words to say. I feel bad leaving this review in a sense because the doctor was great but the girl Sara that operates everything else is absolutely terrible to leave my cats ashes like that. It was only after I reported her to the crematory did she give us a call to pick them up. Disgusting. Edit 05/01/26 the lady that referred us said she has someone else dealing with this

Myrna was the best when we had Buddy! Recommend her highly. She cares and her pricing is very reasonable compared to some of these other places.
