Very nice and friendly staff

We unfortunately had to put our Cat down, Winnie. The Vet was amazingly helpful wonderful, gentle, patient. A Vet Tech sat with us as our Cat peacefully passed on. Afterwards we got her back home in a beautiful case with a paw print stone

Staff is professional, and I've never had any issues with irresponsible or poor treatment. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get my dogs in when there's a problem. I am often having to drive an hour for urgent care which is disappointing when I'm spending a significant amount for health maintenance with them. Additionally, they recently told me they would be charging a fee for writing prescriptions that would be filled elsewhere. It feels like I am being nickel and dimed when I have to pay $250 for a checkup that takes less than 10 minutes. I am moving elsewhere for care.

Typically I have had a good experience at this vet. I did not have a good experience with dr French. Very dismissive of fear free protocols that my dog and I are used to practicing. My dog ended up pooping himself and was obviously scared.

Do not go here. The vets are absconded by multi layer administrative staff, resulting in poor communications.None of the vets work full time. They dispense meds with inadequate information. Often don't call back. Prices are through the roof, with expensive tests that they repeat within weeks of each other. Bill padding. Strange attitudes. The nursing staff is great, but again, they are hidden out back. Have gone here for years, but I am officially moving on
