The most important thing to me is my pet being comfortable when they have to go to the vet. I switched from another vet because they weren't making my pets feel comfortable. You guys do an excellent job with this. They are calm and relaxed as much as they can be when they go there. You guys take great care of them while they are there. We've had 2 surgeries with you guys and Ripley healed great from the first one and hes doing great so far on his 2nd one. You guys are just great! I love Dr. Chapin. He is absolutely wonderful! He's very caring and thorough when explaining everything to you. Ive been through 2 surgeries with him now and Rip did great with the first one and hes going through the 2nd one now and hes doing great with this one as well. Dr. Chapin has done an amazing job and hes an amazing doctor! We love him! The most important thing is how comfortable my pets are there and how informative and caring you guys are.

The quality of care at Broadview is excellent. I went to urgent care at the the Dover location. Dr. Borland and the vet tech that was in with us (sorry, I was totally stressed and didn't catch her name) were both professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic, friendly and most of all, kind and gentle with my cat ( who was also stressed). They went out of their way to make both of us relaxed and comfortable and took wonderful care of my old guy. the level of concern for my cats is my primary concern and the staff was and has always been just as concerned and anxious to help find what's wrong with my cat and resolve the problem

Incredibly friendly and supportive team throughout pre-op and post op. Can see the care and Dr. Chapin is amazing at answering all the questions. Genuine care for my dog and my comfort.
