I brought my 20 yr old cat to this place. He needed medical attention I was very upset and worried after not knowing if he would be ok or not. The receptionist did not seem caring or nice at all. The nurse Kayla, who brought my cat back, was extremely sweet, caring, knowledgeable and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. As soon as the So called “Veterinarian” walked in, things changed. She had zero bedside manner. Did not seem to care at all about my cats issue, gave me attitude and coldness when I asked questions just for information. She made me feel as if I was stupid and seemed bothered for even having to answer anything. My sweet, very gentle cat was walking around on the floor in the exam room and as he walked up to her, she looked disgusted and try to avoid him by shifting her body away in disgust. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life!! How is she even a Veterinarian!! Disgusting. Horrible veterinarian with zero care. Kayla should take over. I got all my answers and left feeling comfortable only because of her. But beware of vet. Please get a different profession. As to the response. I see how you write to your customers. Almost like threats. The way you bash and put down your customers is unheard of. Only out to protect yourself. These are signs of a personality disorder. High levels of narcissism, and/or underlying unresolved emotional issues stemming from yourself. Maybe you should take a step back and focus on how to improve yourself and your business. Attacking others for your own benefit is not the answer. Already lies from this place. No growth will come to your business with negative backlash to your customers. Remember. Your customers read how you are responding towards them. I’m in the medical field myself, this I’ve never seen. Having signs up in your exam rooms with a warning to people to be nice to your staff, goes to show… Lie # 1. My cat was already walking around on the floor when she came in. She never asked to put him on the floor. Lie #2. As I said. My cat was already walking around for a few minutes. Not once did she care to observe him. Only when he approached her, she was grossed out and was only looking at me rushing me through the questions. #3. She offered to take x-rays ONLY after to state the animal has to remain very still, typical they will have to sedate the animal to do so but DID NOT recommend this for my cat due to his age. So, of course I’m going to decline. #4. You have A LOT of one star reviews on here stating the lack of care and treatment for the animal. Something I observed myself. So, this should tell you something. #5. Age means a lot. Maybe it’s the Gen Z/ millennial area. Maybe not being around for a number of years to understand how human behavior/interaction works and knowing how to care for the animals. Who knows. Like I said, First place I’ve seen to degrade their customers…….not the key to success. Understanding, compassion, addressing the matter and finding a solution. You have a lot of learning to do. Again, I appreciate the one nurses attentiveness, patience, understanding and caring. Good luck.

Great place to take ur pet for emergencies. Last night, I took my cat Mia and she was bleeding on her paw and they took very good care of her. Shout out to Dr Allison Pike and Mackenzie.

I've had to come to this emergency vet twice this week. Although it wasn't great news, the doctors and vet techs were very kind and thorough. I felt like my boy was taken care of to fullest extent. Pricey but his health is more important to me.

I appreciate the service and care. I brought my rabbit in and they made sure he was happy and taking care of properly. I'm so grateful I brought him to be seen. Now I know he will be healthier going forward.
