Very patient and understanding vet! All the staff were fantastic. My dog does not like the vet at all and cannot be seen without sedation. They have a very good setup and process for handling this type of situation. Thank you!

We took our dog here for the first time for a fairly routine checkup. Greeted by the very friendly crew at the desk of Jayne and Chai, it put us immediately at ease that we were in good hands. It happened that there weren't any other animals in the office at the time, so even though Hank adores other dogs, it made life easier. His room had his name on the door and there was no waiting. He's my partner's dog, and he had all his records forwarded so they had everything there. First we met with the vet tech Stephanie and she was absolutely fantastic. Apparently she used to treat human patients but decided to try animals. As a retired paramedic, I don't blame her! She was smart, funny, terrific with Hank and extremely knowledgeable. I actually thought she was the vet at first. That was until Dr. Labbe came in to see us. He has 18 years as a vet, so we are lucky to have seen someone with so much experience. His demeanor is perfect for animals. He's gentle and quiet, but also extremely knowledgeable. He explained every test he felt should be done and why. He is willing to listen also to the humans needs or desires surrounding what they may or may not want to do. Generally they have the meds available there so you can just take them with you, although they weren't all available. But his lab results came back fast. They did his nails too. It was a great experience. Even Hank said he had a decent time despite getting poked. He said the treats made up for it. The whole family thanks the crew and we're grateful you are so close! PS Hank got almost all 100% grades for the areas that they check except his weight. He was 2-3 pounds heavier than he should be. So...we will work on that. Sorry bud, not so many treats.

Our experience with this office has been impressive. The staff is all fantastic and friendly (with people and the animals), knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr Labbe was very smart, got down on the floor with our dog and quickly found the ailment and explained what we needed to know with great empathy.

Brought our cat in today, she was really eating or Drinking and kept going in and out of the box. We thought a UTI. She was extremely tired and weak. From the second we got there they had a room ready. Lisa was absolutely amazing with our kitty. And the vet was so smart and informative. Our cat is orange/yellow long haired. The vet checked her ears and teeth and eyes and you could see her skin inside her ears were yellow. She suggested a blood test as she was worried about liver function or autoimmune disease. She was right our poor kitties liver numbers were really really high. She explained everything from different treatments, next steps and she even made the phone calls to get her in for an ultrasound. She tried one place but they wanted to admit her and it would have been thousands of dollars. The fact the vet took the time to call different places to get her an ultrasound was amazing. I was sobbing towards the end but this place is amazing and probably saved my cats life.
