Has supposedly not taken new patients in over 8 years. Has never returned a phone call or answered an email. Upon visiting in person, expect "oh we all saw that but its a pain and nobody wants to do it, sorry!". How about you email me back and tell me that instead of leaving me hanging for 2 weeks.....

Great place with great people. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, so lucky to have such good vets in our area.

Let me start by saying that if I could give six, seven or even ten stars I would. My dog had a medical emergency. I called a friend who lives in the area and he told me to call PAH. I got a kind woman on the phone. She got all my information and told me they would see him as soon as I could come in. I was on my way. When I got there, they put me ahead of all the normal visits and took my dog in back immediately. Within a couple of minutes a doctor came out and explained everything to me. We had to wait, then I could take my dog home, then I had to wait some more. In the end the experience was fantastic. And to make matters even better, when I got my bill, it was ridiculous. Ridiculously low. I mentioned this to one of the ladies that works out front and she said that the vet who owns the practice says he tries to keep things affordable for people. One other thing. With the continued expansion of huge corporate Vet practices like VCA, it's nice to go to a good sized independent vet. VCA charges at least twice as much as PAH.
