I cannot say enough wonderful things about our visit this past Saturday. My 7-month-old kitten was very sick, and I was incredibly worried and desperate to get help quickly. Dr. John Sterbens was able to see us the very same day, and I am beyond grateful for his kindness, compassion, and expertise. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff and veterinary technicians were so caring, compassionate, and understanding. They made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable and treated both me and my precious kitten with genuine kindness. Dr. Sterbens is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to explain everything clearly while making me feel reassured during such a difficult moment. He treated my kitten with such gentle care and attention, and I am so thankful for the help we received. It means so much to know there are veterinary professionals who genuinely care so deeply about both their patients and the people who love them. Thank you, Dr. Sterbens, and the entire staff, for helping my sweet kitten when we needed it most. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Having two veterinarians in the family and also, having worked in a veterinary clinic many years ago, I know what makes an excellent practice! I have been with Stonecliff for 20+ years and everyone has always treated me and my beloved canine companions with the utmost compassion and care. The entire staff … from the veterinarians, to the vet techs, to the client care specialists, ALWAYS makes me feel welcome, and they go out of their way to be thorough and thoughtful in their exams and treatments. Excellent veterinary care isn’t always a given. However, I believe it is fundamental to that which is provided by the entire team at Stonecliff Animal Clinic.

My cat and I had a very positive experience at Stonecliff Animal Clinic. An employee opened the door for us and welcomed us warmly. There was a good atmosphere all around the people seemed happy to be working there. When it came time to meet the veterinarian for the first time, I was impressed by her compassion and knowledge. I liked her immediately. Best of all, the place was accepting and non judgemental. It was a good experience.
