Save your time, dignity, and your pet. Don't even think about this place. The reviews pointing out the incompetencies and unprofessionalism of this practice are true. I am writing this to warn other pet owners about the abusive conduct of the receptionist at Lancaster Veterinary Hospital. As a prospective client, I was met with verbal abuse and discrimination. She used derogatory language, stating, 'We don’t like you kind of people that come in here because we’re more affordable,' and even told me I was 'bad.' It is incredibly unprofessional for a staff member to judge and berate loving pet owners—many of whom have already spent thousands on their animals' care—simply because they are seeking an affordable option. A veterinary office should be a place of support for the community, but this individual acts as a hostile barrier. To be treated this way while trying to find care for my pet is unacceptable. I will not be bringing my business to this practice as long as she is the face of the clinic.

Having a veterinary emergency while up in Pittsburg. My bull terrier is having problems breathing so we called at 11:30am. We were told they didn't have any room to be seen today given 2 other vet names & when we asked for a phone number so we didn't have to search Google we were told she had a waiting room full of people to tend to.
