My wife and I have been bringing Ben(14 years Old), our Beagle to Lowell Road Veterinary Center for the last year. We had lost three of Ben's furry family members over an eighteen month period and Ben being the last one remaining was in a very depressive state, which was worsened by his inability to walk because of advance arthritis. We searched all over for help with his arthritis hoping that would lessen his pain and help with his depression. We finally found Lowell Road Vet Center who had an option of aquatic and acupuncture therapy, which we had done some research on to ascertain its benefits. We are glad we made the decision to have the therapy. To be honest, it was better than the suffering and potential alternative. We owed it to Ben for so many wonderful years he has been there for us. Since receiving acupuncture and aquatic treatment Ben has gained a new lease on life. He is more energetic, can walk better and is in better spirits than he has been since we lost his other family members. We can attest to that. The team at Lowell Road Veterinary Center have been so kind and helpful with Ben and us. He knows when his treatment is to the day and looks forward to it, enthusiastically. He literally runs to the care when we take him. Ben is so important to us and we cannot thank the Lowell Road Veterinary Center and their wonderful team enough for providing Ben with the second lease on life. And quite honestly, us. The people here are nice and the facility overall is good. However, I’ve had my appointments canceled and changed several times. Unfortunately, their techs are either unreliable or for some reason they can’t keep them . It is unfortunate, since this is really the only place for pet rebab.

I’ve been going here for about eight years. I’ve never had a problem with them until recently. I went in last week because my cat had a urinary blockage. Vet tech were fine. They are extremely sweet, but the vet did have a little bit of an attitude when we called back for a question abt his behavior it was a different vet that we had from when we brought him in, but when we called back we got told “ well idk why u would even wait that long to bring a cat in” even though we got told from the other vet that previous week to wait a week for the medication to wear off to see if he Would be acting better. Upset because I’ve loved this place for so long and I’ve brought all my pets here but unfortunately I have so many bad experience lately with me and my friends I will not be taking him back :(
