Everyone is genuine at this practice, I always feel that they are truly invested in not just my pet, but in making sure I understand and agree with the suggestions and diagnosis = I have implicit trust in Dr. Coughlin and all the staff, from the front desk to the exam room techs. Thanks for taking such considerate, careful care of my best friend.

The staff is great. They take good care of my pets. Experience with exotics is important when choosing a vet for your buns! They are experienced both personally and professionally. Highly recommended.

Dr. Agulnick is wonderful. She is so gentle and caring with our pets. She does a wonderful job explaining what is happening with our pets’ health and provides options in a caring and thoughtful way. She takes appropriate time with her patients and I never feel rushed. I’ve had great experiences with all of the Doctors and staff over the many years we’ve brought our pets in for care.
