Greenland Veterinary Hospital has been absolutely incredible for my family. Our bearded dragon, Drogon, started having some health issues, and even though we weren’t existing clients, they squeezed us in at the last minute to make sure he was taken care of. Their team was so compassionate and supportive. They made me feel comfortable administering his medication at home and checked in several times over the following weeks to see how he was doing. Unfortunately, a few months later, Drogon’s condition became much more serious, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Greenland Veterinary Hospital got us in the very same day so he wouldn’t have to suffer, and they could not have been kinder throughout the entire process. Today, I came home to find a handwritten card signed by their staff, expressing their condolences, along with Drogon’s tiny footprints inside. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. I am beyond grateful for the compassion, care, and humanity this team showed us during such a difficult time. Thank you for treating Drogon and us with so much kindness.

Dr. Hale and all of the staff are like family at this point, they have taken care of our cats and dogs so thoughtfully and with such care, as if they were their own. Dr. Stals, Katherine, Gabby, Shannon, Jess, Lola, and everyone else on staff takes time to make you comfortable and feel heard. Options are given, considering cost and medical necessity. Most recently Dr. Hale was especially thorough diagnosing and treating FIP in a 12 mo newly adopted cat, saving her life after she was down to 4.5 lbs! They have an excellent referral and rewards program, too.

The staff at Greenland are supportive, kind, patient, experienced and professional. From Jess at the front desk, Gabby the nurse manager, Clare the nurse, Dr Hale and Dr Stals. They have all taken care of me and my two rabbits like we are family. They are always able to address my questions and concerns as a first time rabbit mom.

The entire veterinary staff at Greenland Veterinary Hospital is caring, talented and dedicated to their jobs. They literally treat my cats like their own; when you have a sick animal, it’s like trusting someone with your child. They make me feel like my babies are in the best hands. Thank you!
