My family and I have been using Glen Lake for 20+ years for our various pets medical needs. Dr. Shelley Brooks and her team have been so caring, compassionate, and helpful with all our pets, specifically, my 15 year old dog Coal whom recently passed away. Shelley was with me every step of the way with Coal's intricate medical needs as he got older, often calling me on the phone to discuss his case and making an action plan. When we needed urgent care, we were given an appointment within hours, often the same hour. They treated my dog with dignity and respect, and I feel he had the best care he could have had. After Coal passed, Shelley met with me 1 on 1 to offer support and an understanding of exactly what happened, given his complex health issues. I live in Manchester, where there are a lot of vet options, but I choose to go out to Goffstown for Glen Lake and it has made all the difference in my pets lives.

If I could give less than 1 I would Don’t bring your pet here unless you want them to miss life threatening issues with your pet My dog had to be euthanized due to them not ordering any tests when he had growths they dismissed his breathing heavily because he was a large dog I told them he had trouble getting up all of a sudden no tests just give him pills….well if some tests were done maybe my dogs cancer would have been caught and possibly saved his life with a little surgery but no all signs were ignored because he was fat Well that turned into a softball size tumor that ruptured something in his spleen ultimately causing him to be euthanized. So any advice I have for people is be vigilant with your animals question everything!!!!!!
