ERVH has been, without a doubt, the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. After dealing with a lot of miscommunication and incorrect diagnoses at my previous clinic, coming here has been a huge relief. The staff has been honest, understanding, supportive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They consistently check in, keep me informed, and always make sure both my babies and I are comfortable, calm, and well cared for. I've had a generally positive experience with Epping Road since switching to them five years ago. The prices are reasonable for a vet and I never feel like they are over charging. If I get an estimate for work, the work generally comes in at a lower price. I don't have a specific doctor I go to as they are all good over there, so I pick on schedule availability. All the techs are great and take an interest in your pets.
