The Drs and staff here are incredible. There is a feeling of real care! You may have to wait a bit because everyone gets superb attention but I'll take that any day. Dr Clare and Reza have saved several of our kitties at Purrmont Cat Cafe!

Took 8 days and me showing up to demand lab results for the male owner to tell me my cat was diabetic. If you care about your pets, and expect timely communication regarding their health, go elsewhere. Not to mention one of their new vets acted like he has never seen a cat before in his life, if the cat as much as made a sound he was jumping back recoiling in fear, and no gloves or hand washing before or after sticking his bare finger up the cats rear end.
