The staff and veterinarians are fantastic. Dr. Melson and Dr. Guerrette are both very understanding and very caring. They do a great job assisting me in taking care of my senior dogs. Highly recommend.

They run the Vetrinary clinic and the vet came in to talk to us for 5 minutes and dealt with the vet tech 90% of the time. I called to ask a few questions about my dogs condition and was never able to speak to the vet. It took 5 phone calls between me and the vet tech for the vet tech to get all my questions answered because I was only allowed to speak to the vet tech who was never able to answer my questions then she would ask the vet then call me back. I think after paying close to $1,000 i should have been able to speak to the vet and get my questions answered in one phone call. My husband tried to speak to Sabrina and tell her about this frustrating experience but all she could do was be rude and hang up on him. Not a very good office manager if you ask me. They don't care about the animal. They care about the money. As soon as we told them we didn't want to buy prescription dog food from them. As I don't think the ingredients were good they turned on us and treated us poorly. When Dr. Lester owned the clinic he ran it like a more personable clinic. He would talk with you about your animal not leave it to the vet techs to manage the visit. If you want to spend a ton of money for nothing, not get personal service and have your visit managed by a vet tech and not be able to get but 5 minutes with the vet this is the place for you. Always be sure to check the certifications on the vet techs. I am particular that's another reason we left.
